California Preserved Lemons

Description

From one of our favorite LA restaurants, Botanica, comes this new line of pantry essentials. These preserved lemons (sourced locally in California!) are preserved with a touch of star anise for extra flavor – they’re perfectly salty and not too sharp. Blend them into vinaigrettes, stir into pastas, or bake into loaf cakes – the options are endless.
