Residents of CRIMEA AND COVERED REGIONS OF UKRAINE, CUBA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA, and SYRIA are prohibited from using the platform. We encourage users to report any content they find objectionable through the following methods:

• Flagging the content within the app itself (if this functionality is available).
• Reporting the content or user directly to moonoh support at info@moon-oh.com or "Report" button in app.

• We will review reported content and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, suspending or terminating the user's account, or contacting law enforcement.
• Users can also block other users from interacting with them through the app's functionality.

5. Advertising and Transactions

• We are not liable for losses from commercial transactions.

6. Member Postings and Forum Use

8. Marketplace Services and Zero-Fee Policy

• Moonoh is a 100% free neighborhood peer-to-peer marketplace.
• Listing items, browsing neighborhood listings, chatting with nearby sellers, and arranging local meetups are completely free with zero listing fees and zero transaction commissions.
• Moonoh operates as a discovery platform and does not intermediate or process peer-to-peer cash or digital payments; buyers and sellers transact directly in person.
• Commercial spam, unauthorized bulk advertising, and fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without prior notice.

9. Content Management Disclaimer

• We don't guarantee material accuracy or reliability.
• Users determine trustworthiness of uploaded materials.
• We may modify or delete materials.
• Services and materials are provided "as is," with no warranties offered. We are not liable for damages from service or material use.
• We are not responsible for content accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or morality.
• We may remove posts infringing on others' rights.
• Report copyright infringement to the administrator (info@moon-oh.com).

10. Term and Condition Amendments

• We may revise these Terms. Revisions will be announced 14 days prior to implementation and displayed prominently on the platform.
• Revised Terms apply to all users, regardless of registration date.
• Users objecting to revisions may withdraw from the Service.

Posts may be deleted if:
