La Familia Morales Rivera; Cruz Loma - Ecuador

Description

We made this fun blend by combining a washed anaerobic Sidra and Mejorado lot with a natural-processed Sidra lot. The result is a clean dynamic profile with an added fruit complexity. In the cup we find peach, lemonade, and Concord grape.
